Market Snapshot: Saskatoon and Area Real Estate Trends
The Saskatoon market saw 110 firm residential sales last week, slightly up from the previous week’s 94. Across a 50 km radius, there were 19 firm sales, maintaining steady regional performance. Average residential prices in Saskatoon sit around $417,435, with an average 31 days to sell.
Century 21 Fusion remains among the top three brokerages in the region for productivity per agent—ranking third overall for September.
Workshops and Professional Development
This week, agents are invited to Workshop Wednesday on October 8 at 10 AM, hosted by Margaret Burt. The topic, “Finding Clients – 5 Proven Strategies,” will provide practical insights into client acquisition and relationship-building.
Additionally, agents can attend the Health & Wellness Half-Day Workshop on October 8 from 9:00 AM–12:30 PM, featuring keynote speaker Darci Lang, renowned for her “Focus on the 90%” philosophy.

- Escalation Clauses: Always review offers carefully to ensure any escalation clauses are properly identified and disclosed.
- Network Upgrade: If connectivity issues arise following this week’s system update, reach out to Leigha for support.
- Blue Cross Reminder: Claims should be submitted online during the postal disruption to avoid delays.
- Billboard Campaign: Agents can join the upcoming January–June 2026 billboard campaign for $195 every four weeks. Contact Eldeen by October 15 to participate.
- Payroll Update: EFT notifications will now be distributed Wednesday afternoons.
- GST Reminder: Submit third-quarter GST ITCs to Audrey Hamm by October 15.
