Big week at C21 Fusion. The brokerage is closed Wednesday, July 1 for Canada Day, so make sure you grab any keys you need before end of day Tuesday. Regular operations resume Thursday.
New City Licensing Guides
We’ve launched detailed how-to guides for aspiring agents in Warman and Martensville. Each guide covers licensing steps, eligibility requirements, and how C21 Fusion supports new agents. Check our Career Cafe page for info on our monthly career nights, or browse all city guides.
Upcoming Events to Circle
Three dates worth putting on your calendar right now:
- July 21, 7pm — Career Café. A great chance to connect and talk shop with fellow agents over an evening session.
- July 28, 7pm — Fun Committee Event on the Miller Lite patio at the Saskatoon Berries game. Come unwind with the team.
- September 3 — C21 Fusion’s 21st Annual Charity Golf Tournament at Greenbryre Golf & Country Club. Sponsorships and registration are open now, with custom website and credit card payment options available this year. This one fills up fast.
Office & Legal Updates
Two important reminders from the brokerage this week:
Corporate FINTRAC compliance. Under current regulations, every individual who owns or controls 25% or more of a corporation must be individually identified — not just the person signing the documents. A step-by-step guide on completing corporate ID has been circulated; if you haven’t reviewed it yet, now’s the time.
Q2 GST deadline. If you have GST to claim on out-of-office real-estate-related expenses for the second quarter, the fillable form has been emailed to you. Return it to Audrey (audrey.hamm@c21.ca) by Wednesday, July 15.
Google Reviews — Let’s Swap
A big thank you to everyone who’s left C21 Fusion a Google Review already. The brokerage is returning the favour — leave us a review and we’ll post one for you in return. If you haven’t had a chance yet, it takes two minutes and goes a long way for everyone’s online presence.
Agent on Duty & Caravan Notes
The Agent on Duty rotation for Saskatoon, Humboldt, and Prince Albert is set for the week. If you’d like to opt out of the rotation, reach out to Jenae (Saskatoon & Prince Albert) or Jana (Humboldt).
Video caravan this week features 202 Froese Crescent (details coming later today or tomorrow), plus 108-900 St Andrews Lane (SK040666, $439,900) with Laura Balyski, and 419 Veltkamp Crescent (SK040576, $529,900) with ChilliakRealty. The live caravan property is 724 Avenue M South (SK040520, $249,900) presented by The M Group.
Market at a Glance
Saskatoon saw 122 firm sales last week with 137 new listings coming on market. The SRA Form 917 stats show active listings holding steady at 830 cross-property. Prince Albert and Humboldt markets continue their steady pace as well. Full weekly stats are available in the meeting deck.
Have a great long weekend, and see everyone back in the office Thursday.
