Recognition is a big part of our culture, and August 2025 was full of outstanding performances. Agents including Shannon Fleischhacker, Glenda Oleksyn, Heather Kehoe, and Jesse Heit were among those recognized for their exceptional production and contributions.
Our weekly stats continue to show steady activity in the market, with 31 new listings and 53 sales in Saskatoon last week.
Market Insights
The Saskatoon market remains active, with 893 active listings across property types. Residential numbers are also strong with 712 active listings and 97 firm sales last week. Surrounding markets like Humboldt, Prince Albert, and the Jansen region also continue to show consistent activity.
An important talking point was the 917 clause, with recent stats showing that properties sold under this condition continue to perform above asking price on average.
Professional Development
Our brokerage remains focused on training. Workshop Wednesdays, hosted by Margaret Burt, are helping agents strengthen their CRM skills, with the latest session focusing on CRM Cleanup Part 2. These workshops are practical and hands-on, ensuring every agent has the tools needed to stay competitive.

We’re modernizing with tools like Nexone, which is now fully mobile, making transactions smoother and more efficient. Our conveyancing team highlighted Dianne Peters as “Star of the Week” for her seamless document management during a quick possession deal.
