Saskatoon & Area Market Insights
The Saskatoon real estate market remains active with 838 total listings, up slightly from the previous week.
- 81 firm sales were recorded across the city, showing healthy demand compared to last year.
- New listings also climbed to 98, reflecting continued market confidence as the year-end approaches.
In surrounding areas, activity remained steady, with 12 firm sales recorded within a 50 km radius, and regions like Humboldt and Prince Albert showing stable listing volumes and consistent conditional activity.
