Market Snapshot
In October 2025, Saskatoon’s real estate market showed steady growth, with 233 homes sold, up from 205 last year. The average price per unit reached $414,109, and the sales-to-list ratio held strong at 66%, reflecting continued buyer confidence.
Century 21 Fusion ranked third among top-performing brokerages in the region, averaging 1.82 units per agent, showing the strength of teamwork and productivity across the brokerage.
Professional Development & Brokerage Updates
Workshop Wednesday resumes this week with a hands-on session focused on updating agent profiles.
Additionally, this week’s Lunch & Learn will explore Real Property Reports (RPRs) and their role in safeguarding property rights — led by Grady S. Rowley of Taurus Geomatics.
Broker Gary and the management team are also reaching out to agents for year-end business reviews and 2026 planning. These sessions are a valuable opportunity to reflect, plan, and set goals for the upcoming year.
