BrokerBay Configuration
Out of 94 active Fusion listings, 80 are not yet configured through BrokerBay. Agents are encouraged to review their listings and explore the pros and cons of setup to optimize showing efficiency.
Flyer Delivery Changes
Canada Post is changing how unaddressed mail is processed. Flyers must now be sent to an entire postal code instead of limited areas—potentially increasing marketing costs. Ownership is reviewing options, and agents can expect a feedback survey soon.
Conveyancing Star of the Week
Congratulations to Jesse Heit, recognized for his flawless double-ended cash deal submission with complete documentation and efficiency in Nexone!
Accounting Reminder
Agents with Professional Corporations (Prof Corps) must submit renewed permits to Audrey by December 15 to avoid payment delays in the new yearNov 18 Meeting.
