Across Saskatoon, active residential listings remain steady at 702, with 94 firm sales this week. The 50km radius saw 14 firm sales, showing balanced activity across regions. In Prince Albert, 10 homes sold this week, while Humboldt and surrounding areas recorded 3 firm sales.
Professional Development
Workshop Wednesday returns on October 1 at 10 a.m. Join Margaret Burt in the boardroom for this week’s topic: CRM—Next Steps. Agents are encouraged to bring questions and explore how to maximize client management systems to elevate business efficiency.
Additionally, the SRA Health & Wellness Workshop takes place on October 8 (9 a.m.–12:30 p.m.), featuring keynote speaker Darci Lang, a Canadian Speaking Hall of Fame inductee.
Brokerage Updates
Century 21 Fusion has announced a key change: all agents are now authorized to sign brokerage listing forms, 917 forms, amendments, and cancellations through the end of December. This new system streamlines processes while maintaining compliance with SRA and SREC regulations. Agents are reminded not to save client signatures using PDF Expert, as this violates SREC bylaws—digital signing through approved e-signature programs is recommended.
Safety Review
The annual Fire Exit Review has been completed. Agents and staff are reminded of evacuation procedures, designated exits, and the meeting point at the C21 sign at the northwest corner of the building.
