Our agents were busy last week! Fusion professionals listed 22 properties and sold 42. Saskatoon continues to see steady activity with 97 firm sales in the city and 21 in the surrounding 50km radius. Prince Albert and Humboldt markets remain active with new listings and consistent sales, showing strong momentum across the region.
Professional Development
This week’s Workshop Wednesday has been postponed, but training opportunities continue next week. Looking ahead, don’t miss the Health & Wellness Half-Day Workshop on Wednesday, October 8th. The event will feature keynote speaker Darci Lang, who will inspire with her “90% philosophy” on focusing on positivity and personal well-being.
Brokerage Updates
- Referral Success – Our agents have already submitted 108 referrals this year as part of the RBC Referral Awards Program. A special congratulations to Randy Singh, Janet Munro, and Dan Gaudet, who lead year-to-date referral standings.
- Industry News – Compass recently announced its acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate, the parent company of Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and more. This will not impact Canadian operations—Century 21 Fusion remains locally owned and proudly focused on Saskatchewan real estate.
- Brokerage Reminders – Don’t forget to update client identification procedures, especially for unrepresented individuals. Also, old lockboxes can be removed free of charge through SRA—contact Cheryl for assistance.
