FINTRAC Training — Deadline Extended
Two mandatory FINTRAC courses need to be completed through the Really Trusted app. The deadline has been extended to September 30, 2026. Course #1 (Express for Real Estate Agents) is 33 modules plus an exam — roughly 1-2 hours total. Course #2 (Fundamentals of Anti-Financial Crime) is 34 videos followed by 5 exams of 4 multiple-choice questions each. Send your completion certificates to Leigha when done. The Really Trusted app is mandatory for all documents.

- Tonight, July 28, 7pm — Fun Committee Event on the Miller Lite Patio at the Saskatoon Berries game. Tickets have been transferred to all attendees.
- August 3 — Brokerage closed for Saskatchewan Day. No business meeting on August 4.
- September 3, 1pm — C21 Fusion’s 21st Annual Charity Golf Tournament at Greenbryre Golf & Country Club. Sponsorships and registration are open now with a custom website for signups and credit card payments.
- September 27, 3pm ET — Blue Jays game at Rogers Centre in the Jays Nest. Open to guests this year. $175 + HST, register by September 22 using your @century21.ca email.
- October 6, 8am — SRA State of Real Estate.
Brokerage Updates
From the broker: price per square foot continues to climb across Saskatchewan. Saskatoon detached homes rose 5.31% year-over-year to $397/sqft, while condos climbed 8.68% to $288/sqft. Regina detached homes jumped 13.09% to $337/sqft.
Additional FINTRAC high-risk indicators to be aware of: clients presenting confusing transaction details, avoiding contact with reporting entity employees, or refusing to identify a source of funds with false or misleading information. Stay vigilant.
