Another packed business meeting at C21 Fusion on July 21. Lots to cover this week — a powerful community partnership fresh off the press, FINTRAC training progress, June corporate awards, exciting upcoming events, and important brokerage updates. Here is what you need to know.

Sending Kids to Camp: C21 Fusion x SaskAbilities
C21 Fusion has partnered with SaskAbilities to support Camp Easter Seal — Saskatchewan’s only fully accessible summer camp for children, youth, and adults experiencing disability. Through our partnership with Easter Seals Saskatchewan, every ticket sold in the SaskAbilities Kids to Camp 50/50 Raffle helps send campers to experience friendship, adventure, and independence. It costs roughly $2,500 to send one camper. Families attend free of charge. The grand prize goes up to $50,000. Tickets are on sale now through the brokerage and close September 3 at 6:30 pm. Please share the raffle with your network — every ticket is a chance to win and a chance to make a real difference.
June Corporate Awards
Congratulations to the agents and teams who earned C21 Canada Top 100 Producer and Top 21 Team honors for June. Ashley Turner and Meaghan Craig each placed as Top 100 Producers by units sold. The Torwalt Team and Barry Chilliak Realty Inc. both earned Top 21 Team recognition. Well deserved across the board.

FINTRAC Training Update
FINTRAC compliance is progressing. 41 out of 85 agents have completed Course #1 (Express for Real Estate Agents — 33 modules plus exam). 38 have completed Course #2 (Fundamentals of Anti-Financial Crime — 34 videos, 5 exams). The deadline is still to be determined. If you have finished, send your certificates to Leigha. If you have not started yet, it takes about 1-2 hours total — doable in one sitting. The Really Trusted app is mandatory; documents not submitted through the app will be rejected.
What’s Coming Up
The calendar is filling up fast:
- July 28, 7pm — Fun Committee Event on the Miller Lite Patio at the Saskatoon Berries game. See you there.
- September 3, 1pm — C21 Fusion’s 21st Annual Charity Golf Tournament at Greenbryre Golf & Country Club. Sponsorships and registration are open now.
- September 27, 3pm ET — Blue Jays game at Rogers Centre. Jays Nest tickets are open to guests this year. $175 + HST, register by September 22.

Brokerage Reminders
A few important notes from the meeting: the mandatory Supra One app update to version 2.11 takes effect today. If your device does not auto-update, you will be prompted before you can use the app again — update now to avoid interruptions. Listing deadlines remain: 3 pm for same-day posting, 24 hours for broker/remote loading via Nexone, and end of day Thursday for feature sheets. Sign deadlines: Regent Signs by 11am for next day, Fusion Signs by 3pm for next day (no signs on weekends). Rural signups may need an extra day.
From the broker this week — when dealing with multiple escalation clauses, knowing which numbers to use and what strategy gets the best result for the client is key. Reach out if you need guidance on your current situation.
Also: keep an eye on additional FINTRAC high-risk indicators — nervous behavior, reluctance to provide required information, and a defensive stance to questioning. Compliance is everyone’s responsibility.
