What’s Happening at Century 21 Fusion: August 18, 2026

Real estate team in a business meeting - CENTURY 21 Fusion

Hi everyone, welcome back to our weekly look at what is happening inside C21 Fusion. We met on August 18, 2026 for another busy business meeting packed with market updates, training reminders, and important brokerage notes. Our mission stays the same: we are a service-oriented brokerage focused on training and empowering real estate agents to be their best in an ever-changing career.

Top Performers — Week of August 11-14

Strong week across the board. Here are the agents and teams who led the way.

Top New Listings (units): Lisa Mueller and Tyler Grand led with 3 new listings each. Abdullah Movahedzadeh, Jesse Kazakoff, and Vikram Sharma each added 2.

Top Producers (written): Scott Urbanoski, Danielle Siemens, Janet Munro, Terra Wiebe, Lisa Mueller, Vikram Sharma, Eric Wilkinson, Jose Flores, Hank Poitras, and Mary Ann Walker.

Top Teams (written): The Torwalt Team, Team Kramer, and Chilliak Realty.

Top Listing Teams: The Braaten Group led with 3 new listings.

Market Snapshot

Saskatoon activity stayed active last week. The city had 910 active cross-property listings, 727 active residential listings, and 100 firm sales. New listings reached 127, up from the previous week. The wider Saskatoon plus 50 km area counted 377 active cross-property listings and 19 firm sales.

Form 917 data for the city of Saskatoon (August 11-17) showed 18 sold listings, with the average sale price landing $25,916 above list. The highest sale closed at $125,100 above asking.

FINTRAC Training — Deadline September 30

A reminder that two mandatory FINTRAC training courses must be completed through the Really Trusted app by September 30, 2026. Course #1, Express for Real Estate Agents, covers 33 modules plus an exam and should take about 1-2 hours. Course #2, Fundamentals of Anti-Financial Crime, includes 34 videos followed by 5 exams. Send your completion certificates to Leigha once you are done.

Also keep an eye on additional high-risk indicators: a sudden change in transaction volume inconsistent with a client’s financial standing, a client appearing to live beyond their means, or rounded-sum transactions that do not match their usual pattern.

Professional Development

Really Trusted’s monthly agent training webinars continue on the third Thursday of every month at 11am. The next session is August 20. These webinars are a simple way to stay sharp on tools, compliance, and best practices.

Brokerage Reminders

Parking: Please respect the assigned parking spaces next door at Meridian Surveys. Only the two spots directly in front of our office doors are available to us. All other spots are assigned to Meridian staff, especially on Tuesdays. Park on the street when those spots are full.

Option clauses: When you accept an offer with an option clause, do not change the status to conditional in Matrix. Upload the transaction to Nexone and the office will send the form to SRA, who will mark the listing with the option-clause message. The listing will stay active.

NexOne tips: Duplicate listings usually happen when you start a kit and have not changed it to active with an MLS number before the daily office sync. Duplicate transactions happen when you start a kit and then email forms to the office instead of submitting through Nexone. Only kits can be trashed in Nexone; if you need accepted or conditional duplicates removed, contact Leigha.

Just Listed / Just Sold social media: The annual renewal for automated Just Listed and Just Sold carousel posts is coming up in September. The cost is $200 per year for each service. If you want all of your listings advertised on social media through the marketing department, reach out to marketing.

SRA Board & Awards Committee Opportunities

Applications are open for the 2027 SRA Board of Directors. Three-year terms begin January 1, 2027, with one position each for the Saskatoon region and the Saskatchewan region. The deadline is October 1 at 4pm.

The Awards Committee also has one three-year position open for a Saskatoon Region member. Applications close August 20.

Community Spotlight: Camp Easter Seal 50/50 Raffle

C21 Fusion is proud to partner with SaskAbilities to support Camp Easter Seal, Saskatchewan’s only fully accessible summer camp for children, youth, and adults experiencing disability. Every ticket sold through the SaskAbilities Kids to Camp 50/50 Raffle helps families send a camper at no cost. It costs about $2,500 to send one camper, and the grand prize can reach $50,000.

Ticket sales close September 3, 2026 at 6:30pm. Please share the raffle with friends, family, and clients. It is a chance to win and a chance to give a Saskatchewan family a life-changing camp experience.

Save the Date: 21st Annual Charity Golf Tournament

C21 Fusion’s 21st Annual Charity Golf Tournament returns Thursday, September 3, 2026 at Greenbryre Golf & Country Club. Sponsorship and registration are open now, with credit card payments available. Do not forget to drop off your “booze basket” contribution for the live auction.
