C21 Fusion Mentorship: What to Expect

At CENTURY 21 Fusion, we guide you through every stage of your career. While all Saskatchewan agents complete the UBC Sauder licensing program, our focus is on what happens after you are licensed. Your mentor is assigned before your first day, not weeks or months later. You get a structured 12-to-15-hour onboarding curriculum, weekly coaching, and a broker who is available when you need advice. We invest in your success because your success is our success.

How Our Mentorship Program Works

At CENTURY 21 Fusion, mentorship is not an afterthought. Every new agent is assigned a dedicated mentor before their first day. Mentors are experienced, top-producing agents who commit to regular one-on-one coaching sessions, joint prospecting, and deal review. The program covers: prospecting and lead generation, listing presentations and negotiation, contract law and disclosure requirements, client management and CRM systems, and personal branding and digital marketing. Agents with formal mentorship close roughly 40% more transactions in their first year than those without. Our mentors track your progress weekly and adjust the curriculum as you grow. Unlike some brokerages where mentorship is optional or depends on who you ask, at C21 Fusion it is guaranteed and structured from day one.
