Step 1
Your Education
Phase 1 – The Foundation. Start with Phase 1: provincial real estate law, ethics, agency, contracts, property ownership and financing fundamentals.
Phase 2 – Property Management. Complete Phase 2 Property Management as a Professional Career, covering tenancy law, trust accounting, maintenance coordination and the day-to-day of managing residential and commercial property.
English Language Proficiency. You must meet the English Language Proficiency Requirement (ELPR) before writing your licensing exam.

Eligibility
To qualify for real estate registration in Saskatchewan, you must:

Agents active within the last two years may qualify through a reciprocity agreement: confirm eligibility with SREC, obtain reciprocity materials from the UBC Sauder School of Business, study the Saskatchewan-specific regulations, complete and submit the Declaration Statement, and await SREC approval.
