Newest Fusion Baby
Sara Henao Zuleta and Reese Wilson welcomed their son Atlas on June 22 — 6 lb 10 oz. Morgan Wingate little one Mara joined the Fusion family recently too. Congratulations to both families.
June Top Producers
The June leaderboard was stacked. In residential, Dave Price, Mercina Kokkas, Kyle Pulvermacher, Lisa Mueller, Alyson Anderson, Tarra Unterschute, Dianne Peters, Ashley Turner, Idriss Movahedzadeh, Margaret Burt, and Scott Urbanoski all turned in standout months. Top commercial producers were Danielle Siemens and Grant Ostapowich, and Barry Chilliak Realty Inc. took top farm producer. The top residential teams were The M Group, The Torwalt Team, Saskatoon Home Team, and Team Ashdown. The top commercial team was The Torwalt Team.
Client Testimonial Awards
Dianne Peters and Glenda Oleksyn received the Client Testimonial Award for June. Dianne was praised by clients as the most knowledgeable, competent, compassionate, honest REALTOR they had ever met, going above and beyond from start to closing. Glenda earned high marks for driving 1.5 hours through blizzard conditions to arrange a same-evening viewing — helping a family purchase the cabin of their dreams.

June Stats and Market Update
C21 Fusion listed 151 properties in June, up from 143 last year, and sold 259. The Saskatoon residential market posted a 64 percent sales-to-list ratio with an average price per unit of $454,775 and 23 days to sell — faster than both the 5-year and 10-year averages. C21 Fusion ranked number 2 among Saskatoon and area brokerages with 2.52 units per agent, outpacing Re/Max, Boyes Group, and Royal LePage. The brokerage now has 496 agents.
Production Reminders
Deals submitted to Conveyancing by Friday at 3pm count toward the weekly written stats. Weekly production is based on written deals, monthly on firm deals, and yearly on closed deals — the same goes for corporate awards. The SRA agent count is now at 1,819, with several agents moving between brokerages last month.
July birthdays and workiversaries were celebrated — Richard Germain hitting 25 years, Kari Calder at 19, and Kent Braaten and Spencer Chilliak each at 16, among others. Happy anniversary to everyone celebrating this month.
