Who should come

Is a Career Café Right for You?

Come if you are…

  • Thinking about getting your Alberta real estate license
  • Already studying the Pearson VUE course and picking a brokerage
  • Licensed elsewhere and considering a move to Edmonton or the Edmonton
  • Newly licensed and want to see how a real brokerage runs
  • Just curious about what the job actually looks like day-to-day

You’ll leave knowing…

  • What the licensing process really costs and how long it takes
  • How brokerage splits, desk fees, and expenses actually work
  • What a new agent’s first 90 days look like at Masters
  • What kind of training, mentorship, and lead support we provide
  • Whether the timing is right — or whether it isn’t

No. It’s completely free, and there’s no obligation. Come, ask questions, enjoy the coffee, and decide what makes sense for you.

How long does it run?

About 60 to 90 minutes, with time before and after to talk one-on-one. Come and go as your schedule allows.
