Weekly Stats – August 19, 2025
Our agents continue to show strong performance compared to both last week and last year:
- Listings Brought to Market: 25 (down slightly from 30 last week, but ahead of 23 this time last year)
- Firm Sales: 54 (steady from last week and up from 44 last year)
Market activity across Saskatoon and surrounding areas:
- Saskatoon: 110 firm sales, 124 new listings
- 50 km Radius: 15 firm sales, 26 new listings
- Humboldt: 3 firm sales, 3 new listings
- Prince Albert: 9 firm sales, 14 new listings

AI-Powered Social Media Launch
This week marks the rollout of our AI-powered social media management trial for all full-service agents. With 90% of homebuyers starting their search online, consistent posting is key.
This new tool provides:
- Automated Facebook & Instagram posts (5x per week)
- Customized content including listings, market stats, and buyer/seller tips
- The ability to generate custom MLS-based posts on demand
